Venus is available to entertain guests at dinner and cocktail functions with their special blend of classical, jazz and contemporary repertoire. They provide the perfect backdrop to corporate and private events, uniting beautiful music with their trademark chic styling.

Period and themed costuming is available on request at an extra cost. Otherwise the performers will walk on stage looking their sublimely awe-inspiring best! |
Sample repertoire
Venus has a vast repertoire of famous light classical and romantic works. Composers represented include Bach, Mozart, Handel, Haydn, Vivaldi, Pachelbel, Schubert, Mozart, Puccini, Tchaikovsky and many, many others.
The girls’ modern song list spans a huge range of genres, including classics by
Louis Armstrong, Elvis Presley, Scott Joplin, The Beatles, George Gershwin, Errol Garner, Andrew Lloyd Webber and Frank Sinatra.
They also perform modern and classic movie and musical themes, as well as some Latin American numbers.
Pop songs include hits by U2, The Verve, Billy Joel, Jon English, and Simon & Garfunkel
The Story
The Venus girls have earned deserved industry respect from jam-packed successful musical careers. They are equally at home in the classical, contemporary and jazz spectrums, making this an ensemble of fine and rare pedigree.
 The four performers have appeared individually with the Queensland Orchestra, Sydney Symphony, Queensland Philharmonic, Australian Opera and Ballet Orchestra, St Andrew’s Chamber Orchestra, Queensland Symphony, Deep Blue Immersive Orchestra, Colorado Music Festival Orchestra, the English National Ballet, Kirov Ballet, Sydney Symphony, Australian Idol Orchestra, and have performed and composed music for Queensland Theatre Company, La Boite theatre, ABC and Harvest Rain Theatre Company.
Members of Venus have performed with artists including Pavarotti, Nigel Kennedy, hip-hop legends KanYe West and De La Soul, Jon English, Grace Knight, Rhonda Burchmore, Anthony Callea, Alex Lloyd, Guy Sebastian, Rod Stewart, Olivia Newton John, Amici Forever, Il Divo, Dionne Warwick, Marcia Hines, Kate Ceberano, Alfio, Aled Jones, John Farnham, Rolf Harris, Delta Goodrem, Cliff Richard, INXS, Tommy Emmanuel, Butterfly Effect, The Waifs and The Whitlams.
They have performed at some of Australia’s biggest festivals including Melbourne Festival, WOMAD, Big Day Out, Livid, Woodford Folk Festival, Brisbane Festival, the Goodwill Games and the AFI awards. The girls have worked on shows including Scotland the Brave, The Boy From Oz, Anthony Warlow’s ‘Under the Stars’, as well as numerous TV and radio appearances.
They have toured with prestigious artists and orchestras throughout Europe, Asia, the United States and Canada.
